Upon closing The Dish Restaurant in 2024, Evan and Jon Costas had the opportunity to transform the former & historic Tony’s Pizza building into a brand new shared concept that features a breakfast & lunch restaurant as well as an upscale dinner restaurant & lounge. Birdie’s Diner (218 E. Lincolnway) is open daily from 6:30am-2:30pm and Nextdoor (220 E. Lincolnway) opens daily at 4pm. Evan & Stina Costas, along with AGN Design collaborated to design a unique, vintage restaurant that feels upscale and classic, yet approachable.
